Hi, my name is Travis Morgan and I’m searching for a legacy service or manufacturing business to buy and operate for the long haul.

Some background on me:

  • 10 years doing construction.

    • Primarily purchased and fixed up old houses.

    • Learned the basics of the main trades.

    • Built two studio apartments. (Did all plumbing and electrical.)

    • Designed and built a small modular cabin.

  • 10 years military service. Primarily served as a medic doing Air Force Search and Rescue.

I have a significant amount of experience doing hands-on work with teams of people. My strength is taking care of the crew.

My wife, Lesley, and I met leading backpacking expeditions with at-risk teens. She is a social worker and we love exploring outside with the pups.

Funding:

I have built relationships with 3 banks and am ready to execute a purchase price up to $5.5mm. There is potential for a cash purchase for a smaller business. We own 5 rental properties and the banks like that. I have never sold a house and do not have any interest in flipping a business. I’d love to keep one forever.

This is the next adventure for me. My dream is to carry forward an upstanding business with a strong team.
